Declare a Disaster Event and Toggle for Map Tagging

The purpose of the toggle form is to establish a declared disaster event to identify submitted disaster reports and categorize them by a declared event. Note, all declared disasters are stripped of spaces, and prepended with a four digit year identifier and Z separator; so the following 'TS Isaias' will AUTOMATICALLY become 2024ZTSIsaias

To publish a declared disaster, check Enable Declared Disaster

To edit the name of a declared disaster, edit Event Name

To delete/disable a disaster declaration, uncheck Enable Declared Disaster. Disabling Declare Disaster restores chronological event naming.
